REVIEW: Glam Up In Seconds With L'Oreal Le Stylo Smoky, True Match Crayon Concealer & Superstar Duo Liner
My biggest trick when it comes to eyeshadow application is blending! It is the most underrated skill taught in makeup schools but is SO IMPORTANT when it comes to perfecting your makeup. On top of using the right tools, it actually takes quite a bit of skill and patience to get that perfect smoky look. Even for a frequent makeup wearer like myself, I sometimes do find it a chore especially when I am working with products that are really chalky and difficult to blend, or simply, have terrible pigmentation to begin with.
With my recent discovery of L'Oreal Le Stylo Smoky, my daily eyeshadow routine is now a piece of cake. This super cool 2-in-1 product has a retractable ultra-gliding eyeshadow stick on one end and a handy kabuki brush on the other. Oh, and did I mention that the shadow stick is extremely pigmented as well? Yup, tell me about it, the Le Stylo Smoky is my new best friend and is gonna be yours too! ;)
Acne is the ultimate bane of our existence, especially during our teenage adolescent days. The volcanic red bumps that ooze pus not only looks extremely unsightly, it also leaves a nasty scar for the unlucky. Unfortunately, I am one of the few unlucky ones that suffer from major acne scarring. No, I am not talking about the pigmentation scars that disappear after a couple of years. I am referring to the deeply pitted acne scars that last a lifetime. Even after clearing my acne, I am still plagued by the ugly pitted boxcar scars that are scattered all around my forehead and cheeks. For the longest time, it has affected my confidence and I could never post a photo up without photoshopping my scars away.
Fret Not, There's Hope!!!

A woman who cuts her hair is about to change her life - Coco Chanel
Gonna start off by clearing all your doubts and answer the number one question I got from everyone. No, it is not a wig. This is all real, I chopped off my blonde locks for a fresh new look. I guess everyone was associating it with a wig because of how healthy and shiny it looks even after all the chemical processing.
Ps: Also no, I did not cut my hair because of a breakup. HAHA single can mingle ya'll!
You must be wondering, how did I maintain such beautiful locks despite ill-treating it with frequent bleaching, colouring and perming? Well, I'll be spilling the beans today but a tiny hint here, Shiseido Professional's new Salon Program did play a huge role in protecting my hair! ;)
Psst, read till the end to find out how you can win yourself a a free hair makeover!

REVIEW: Get Perfect Brows with L'Oreal Bestseller Brow Designer (3 NEW SHADES) & Pouty Lips with Le Matte Crayon
Brows, brows, brows! Anyone would kill for fleek brows like Cara Delevigne's but unfortunately, not all of us are blessed with a set of beautiful thick arches. Hence, we will have to resort to the easiest way out which is filling them in ourselves. Brows are extremely important as it helps to frame the face and pull the look together. Surprisingly, one of the most asked question that I get regarding makeup is how to perfect em' arches without going overboard.
The common mistake that I spot among people is matching the wrong shade of brows to their hair colour. To clear things up, brows are really easy! If you have light hair, look for something that is one to two shades darker to bring more depth to your face. If you have dark hair, balance it out by going a shade lighter. Simple right?
